On nurturing confidence
Dear one,
Just wanted to send you a love letter on a lovely Sunday here.
With a gentle reminder that it's okay to have low self-confidence days in business
Because let's keep it real,
the business coaching world on social media can make us feel like we have to have to have big-blaring, I-have-all-my-sh*-together confidence all the time for you to magnetize your people and sell out your programs,
But as a human being, especially as a woman, this is not realistic
We will have high and low days, for we are designed to be like the seasons in nature 🍂
However, if you make your low-confidence days as wrong,
And make it mean something about you, that is when it stops the flow in our business
For example, when you see low-confidence days as a proof that...
you are not that powerful as you claim to be on social media,
you are not as bada$$ as the "higher level" coaches,
you are not in the "right energy" for sales to happen,
you block your next-level ideas/content/and a whole stream of consciousness that is here to help you connect even more deeply to the soul of the dream client you are helping.
Because the sacred thing about being in the low (e.g. low confidence), is that it comes with the gift of having greater depth.
And it is when we surrender to the love within the low, instead of needing to be high all the time,
that we experience more intimacy, more connectedness, and more fullness
Such as the type of intimacy with a potential client when he/she resonates with all of your wisdom/your life experiences
that they see the wholesome depth within your content that is beyond the possessions, the achievements, the brags on social media
which creates a true one-of-a-kind connection where sales simply become a natural by-product
So my message for you, my love, is to use the great treasures within our lows. Channel the wisdom of them, create content through them, make art with them.
Because that's what creates an even greater connectedness. Between you and your soulmate clients. Between you and your heart. Between you and God.
Love,
CM
Gentle confidence
As a feminine being in business, it can often feel like you have to mimic the #confidentbossbabes on social media in order to share and promote your work online
That you have to sound like someone who looks put-together,
knows it all
and have it all etc.
However, one thing I realized is that for softer souls (like myself), this can feel 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅 and unnatural
It can feel like you have a “block” that you need to to overcome in order to establish your brand
As you present yourself in overly outward ways — which can all feel forceful, insauthentic, and disingenuine to your soul
And what I’ve discovered is that it doesn’t have to be that way.
There is already a natural confidence in you that doesn’t have to try…
The confidence that organically unfolds through you…
when you are doing what you love,
when you are creating art/ content you are excited about,
and are serving people you are meant to
Unlike the confidence where you try to own/ puff up to be impressive,
This confidence is easeful, kind, and unforced.
Which doesn’t involve any striving/ needing to impress others.
Because this confidence comes from Faith.
Faith in love. Faith in your soul- and your gifts. And faith in the Divine.
For the Divine fuels you will all the confidence that’s needed to present your gifts to the world, heal others, and serve the clients you desire.
Without needing validation from anyone else.
