On flow state

• force: waiting for the right idea to land, not finding good enough ideas to make content about, getting tired of creating content 

• vs flow: having unlimited ideas bubbling with bliss within you almost everyday and letting them come through prolifically and effortlessly

• Force: afraid of what the future of your business entails, thinking of numbers make you either worried or frustrated 

• Flow: having a firm knowing and trust, that all you need to do is simply show up and serve your people through content in your fullest expression, as you rinse and repeat to get even better overtime 

• Force: feeling like you’re missing the “right” strategy, looking at other coaches for inspiration or perhaps any “hacks” they could reveal and you could potentially miss out on

• Force: trusting your intuition way more than what you see in the external, connecting to your heart way more than looking for likes and validations on social media because your heart is where you find your dream clients

• Force: forcing sales to happen now, trying to squeeze out as many paid clients as much as possible now

• Flow: focusing on nurturing and providing value rather than forcing sales. As a result, the people who come into your work are drawn to you and your wisdom, without you need to convince and over-hype 

No matter how much you earn, the former will feel hard, unfulfilling, and unsustainable.
