On soul integrity

7 reasons why soul integrity is important for running a business you truly love.

1. You can bring in clients through making big claims and promises but when you haven’t actually embodied and done the things you claim to teach, business growth will be hard to sustain long-term

2. Just because marketing strategies work for someone else does not mean that they will work for you/ or feel right for you. This happens most of the time because you get too attached to the results achieved by someone else, rather than focusing on your soul and your unique potential.

3. When you find yourself resisting, overthinking, or procrastinating doing something, more often it’s NOT because you are “lazy” but because the strategy you have been taught is not true to you

4. The more you try to sound like someone else in your marketing, the more you will feel disconnected to your heart/your truth/ your most aligned people

5. When you share your authentic truths, the right people will be drawn to you for YOU rather than because of the things you “show off” and claim in your marketing

6. It doesn’t matter how small your audience/clientele is. When you deliver quality products/offers that you full heartedly believe in, you have to do less pitching & selling later on because your people do the work for you

7. There are multiple pathways to achieve success but if the path is not in integrity to you/your unique soul, you will find yourself in a state of constant dissatisfaction with where you are

These are just some of the reasons why I believe that feeling good in your heart (being in integrity to your heart) with every action you take

is way more important than trying to fast-track your way to achieving results.

when you feel good doing what you love in every step of the way, the results simply compound by themselves.

It is not your ability of whether you can sell

“It wasn’t my ability to sell; Finding out my Truth was the hard part.”

— that was how I felt for a long time in my coaching business

Yet, I didn’t know it was a problem, until I felt disconnected and lost earlier this year

Questioning myself in my own ways of how I sell, pitch, and market

Because I didn’t know if the ways I was selling/pitching before was actually coming from my Truth, my Heart

Or if I was just doing because I saw other “successful” coaches doing it and I wanted to be like them

And even though those strategies made me some ‘success’ I wasn’t happy and fulfilled like I thought it would make me feel

And I don’t want my clients to replicate the same patterns where we lose our Truth in chase of ‘success’ either

My heart felt that something was off

So I had to find my own Truth…

~

Reflecting back, this year was a lot of reflecting (no repetition intended)

A lot of inner awareness and connecting to the heart

Which was needed, because a lot of the time as business owners,

we are so busy chasing for the next financial goal that we don’t pause and reflect whether the direction we’re heading is coming from the heart or not

More specifically, whether the actions we take in our business is coming from the desire of service to others or just to fulfill the desire of the self

And if we are just doing things for the latter, it won’t be fulfilling and the success won’t be sustainable

More on that later.
