Quantum leaps and sustainability
If you desire to build a business that will be gentle for your soul for years and years to come, you have to build it differently from a business that only strives to quantum leap next month
This is the lesson that I’ve learned recently:
that just because someone builds a business fast, doesn’t mean that it will last.
In fact, if we try to build something fast, it’s also easy to overlook the key pillars of a sustainable business—
such as how integrity you feel in your marketing, how fully authentic you are able to express yourself, how much ease you have in your day etc.
Instead a business can become a vehicle just to rake in maximum profits in the short run,
without consideration of its long term impact, like a fast fashion fashion industry
In term of a coaching business, the same principles apply:
For example,
If you only try to squeeze out profits with the current audience and pitch all the time without giving much value up front,
You will hit your income goals in the short-run, sure,
However, in the long-run you will burn out your audience,
and can even lead to disappointed customers (if you didn’t take time building the value in the back-end but instead only focus on selling in the front-end)
~
Which is why, as a soulful feminine being, it’s important to stick to the vision of how you want your business to be for years to come
Rather than being distracted by the shiny objects of how to make quick bucks next month
For you want to build a castle that lasts,
And not a sandcastle that you can build fast.
