Creatively thriving in business

Signs you are creatively thriving in your business

you are blissfully consistent in content creation— Not because you are forcing yourself to stick to a “Hormozi” schedule but because your creative ideas feel so good to flow through you

you don’t compare yourself to other coaches with million dollar wins because your unique creative ideas are way more exciting to think about

your business is rolling on a momentum. You build content foundations in your business through abundantly serving your audience and so whenever you sell, they are hot and warmed up

you feel in integrity in your business because you don’t have to try to be a “salesy” marketer. Rather your clients arrive because your creative insights genuinely serve them

the people who come into your offers are a right match to your gift because you are authentically and truthfully expressed in your marketing without trying to be someone you’re not

you spend less time doubting, overthinking, and over analyzing and instead spend more time creating. And so your creative ideas then take care of you+your business.

When you don’t have content ideas to consistently show up in business

When we don’t feel like we have a wealth of content ideas to post about, it’s because we are resisting what’s here NOW

We feel like we should be more far off,

more well off,

more taken care off,

In order to have an abundance of soul-captivating content that your people will love & pay you for

This tendency. Of trying to be somewhere you’re not, not accepting the NOW

Is what makes your business feel like it’s harder than it’s supposed to be

~

In fact, life offered me a mini spicy challenge of that sort this morning

Because when I woke up, I received a message saying from my mom (who is in Myanmar) telling me that she needs more money from me to prepare for the civil war happening there

A part of me felt the tight grip of scarcity. I could hear the tremble in her voice and it was infecting me.

And this situation with my need to provide for my family in a third-world country has been in my life for a while now,

Yet instead of wallowing in scarcity and worrying about it in the back of my mind as I try to be an “abundant energy” in my business,

I wrote an email about it.

I wrote about what was worrying me,

and that itself turned into lessons, insights, and teachings— all of which helped nurture and benefit my audience

And so my point is, when you accept (and love) where you are,

And use what you have Now

you build momentum in your business

Blossoming in creativity, fulfillment, and inner abundance.

How copywriting strategies can block your creative voice

I once hired a copywriting business coach and her voice became an inner critic in my head

You know that voice in your head that questions everytime you write something

“But how is that going to translate into a sale?”

“Will people even want to buy from you after reading that post?”

It was only after a lot of inner reflection that it became clear to me that…

the voice (of the inner critic) was cock-blocking my prolific inner writer + creative flow

Where every time I have an inspired idea to write a post about,

the inner critic would stop my sentences midway because they weren’t “activating” enough for people to swipe their credit cards immediately at me

Which led to distorting my original message/ my voice/ my heart from expressing the deepest truths

And I’ve learned that even though the inner critic DID help me get the sales and money,

I felt unfulfilled and uninspired in my business

Like there was something missing in terms of client-attraction strategy but I just couldn’t point my finger at it

~

Now, I see that what was missing in those restrictive copy writing strategies was a heart-led connection

Because when you aren’t allowing your heart to express in ways that are natural to her, in fear of people scrolling by and not buying from you

Then clients who are a match to your heart/your gift won’t be able to connect to your soul and your truth either

Yes, they may buy your offer/programs because you are speaking in a way to sound like you have all the answers

However, what I’ve learned is that even when they do flock into your offers,

they may not be that good of a fit to work with you because they only want results but do not “get you” (your philosophy/your values)

Which is why as a soul-led entrepreneur, speaking your heart is of utmost importance when it comes to marketing

Because your heart contains the root of the content / the message/ the substance that makes people connect.

And no copywriting strategy can compare to that.

On being chained down by “formulas”

With so much emphasis on writing converting content these days,

it is easy for feminine beings who are innately creative deep down, to feel forced, needing to distort and filter her own way of writing in the hope of making sale(s)

While deep inside, feeling robotic and chained down by the “copywriting formula” that you feel like you can’t be successful without it

This is a phenomenon that I’ve personally experienced in the past and to me, nothing saddens my creative heart than this…

Because in a way, it felt like I was ‘selling my soul’— like needing to change my natural way of speaking/writing just to convert leads.

And my heart did not like it. She was deeply aware of the subtleties of how the copies did not sound like me, but rather a replica of a business coach I hired

If you’re like me, who’s deeply in tune with your feelings and generally consider yourself creative/intuitive,

You may be able to feel such distortions in your own way of expression too, all of which is it’s deeply disheartening for your inner creative feminine

Yet you may feel torn between all those strategies vs your own feelings because you may believe that you won’t be able write converting content without copying these formulas

And what I’ve learned from all of that experience is that, however way you try to write/create/express to convert content,

It will not be sustainable as you do not genuinely enjoy the creative process,

nor fulfilling in your business, because the type clients of clients whom you acquire through those “formulas” may not even be a match to your true Self either

There is another way of writing…. the kind that doesn’t stunt your heart and still honors your creative Spirit to flow…

On creating content you are madly in love in

As a business owner, you have to love the content you create 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒖𝒄𝒉 that you can’t help but serve people through them

Because when you aren’t lit up by the ideas you share,

when you aren’t fired up by how delicious your wisdom is,

no amount of copywriting strategy nor content hacks will be able to save you

Yes, they may help you trickle in some sales for a while,

but if you aren’t obsessed with WHAT you’re talking about,

You will run out of ideas

You will be spending HOURS to write a piece of content only to find it not flowing..

You will find yourself in a creative rut

And even after you post the content,

You will be seeking validation through likes, comments, or sales,

Overall, calling in clients won’t feel like being in ‘flow’ because content is not coming easily through you

~

So how do we find the content we LOVE?

Well it’s a whole course in itself *wink*wink*but basically you get OBSESSED with the person you are helping

You connect to the heart and soul of your ideal, dream-team client (I do it all day, every day)

You feel his/her highest desires churning so deeply within you that you can’t help but channel profound wisdom/guidance/mentorship through your content

And the important piece is, you have to be genuinely obsessed with the desire + solution you are helping them with

As if there is no other better desire + solution out there in the world

When you do this, not only it feels so rewarding to create the content itself, the people who come to you are also the right people you absolutely love working with,

~Gosh, that rewarding feeling is how I feel right now with the desire of prolific creativity in content marketing

And that’s how I do it.

On imposter syndrome

When your soul is dying to teach about a topic but you don’t feel credible to teach, here’s what what I’d do…

Yup, I’ve been there with imposter syndrome.

When a part of my brain wants to create content around marketing & business but then another part is yelling me that I am not a millionaire, so I am not credible yet etc.

Just like that you may find yourself restricting your expression and holding yourself back in your content creation because a part of you feels like you are a fraud

Like you haven’t embodied well enough

Manifested enough

Made enough money/followers etc.

Which then leads to a Half-a$$ed showing up:

Thus preventing us from creating our most prolific content, and serving people through our fullest power

And here’s what I did to get around that:

1). Talk about what you HAVE done

Imposter syndrome happens when you are trying to get further than where you are now

And trying to teach things you have Not done.

You can be selling everyday and telling others how you can help them get somewhere

but if you haven’t done it yourself, no amount of pitching and selling will make you feel authentic and clean inside

And people can sense the smell of ‘faking it’

So what I do in my case,

is I share all things I have overcome.

how I approach and I am approaching life/business

And when you finally own where you are now and teach from there, More results happen. In your clients’ lives + your business.

2). Share your theories like a superstar

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned around content creation is that

it is NOT what you have acquired/manifested that makes your soul-aligned clients work with you

Rather, it is your values, your philosophy, your theory

This is especially true in today’s world that is rife with people flexing things to sell you programs/things left and right

We are tired of being flexed to and sold to (at least me and I know my soul-clients are too)

But instead it is the deeper wisdom that is more attractive

For example, one of my fav people in business Alex Hormozi, resonates with me NOT because he has made 100 millions+

But because his deeper values such as “give, give, give, until they ask” (regarding content and selling), having patience to build businesses for long term instead of trying to make quick money etc.

Which I find to be rare in the business world

And my point is, it is those that values are s3xy. In fact s3xier than showing off what you have via your content.

So when you have your inner imposter knocking at the door next time,

Tell her:

“It is your values that’re s3xy. Not what you have nor who you think you are”

Why I do creative coaching

Why I switched from spiritual abundance coaching to creative flow-state coaching:

(Despite making good as a spiritual abundance coach)

Through the work I do with my clients, I realized that the biggest bottle neck for most businesses is not because you don’t “think” abundant enough,

but rather because you are creatively uninspired around your content and are not using content to serve the heck out of your audience

These days it feels like lots of people seem to be doing ‘abundance coaching’.

And I don’t want to just another coach pitching the same thing in the market.

Not that being an abundance coach wrong;

it’s just that my soul would rather fill in a missing gap in the market

than being an abundance coach because it’s easier to sell.

Even if you have business making 10k or 50k months, you will still be unfulfilled if you aren’t in creative flow state doing what you love

I want to feel more embodied and in integrity.

I know ‘Abundance’ is really a subjective definition but it can also get distorted by numbers with the feeling of never feeling ‘quite there’

For example, you can be making 20k months but still not feel abundant because it’s not 50k months. And the cycle never ends.

Creativity was what my soul desired the most during the lowest points in my life, like when I was working at a soul-sucking 9-5 job.

I realized that the reason for my sadness then was not because I couldn’t go to Bali or buy a Lamborghini

but because my soul was dying to express my heart freely, and being paid+ fulfilled for doing that

And of course I’m still working with entrepreneurs (you’re my fav crew )

but essentially my desire deepened to do what’s even more true to my authentic self and I couldn’t deny.

On people unfollowing you

In my opinion, when people unfollow you for your content, it’s usually a good thing

Why?

Because from a business standpoint, it likely means your content is becoming more diamond-sharp

meaning your content is becoming more lasor focused to your perfect fit ideal client

— I.e. the type of client who is like the yin to your yang, the apple to your pie, the symphony to your heart

But that also means that your content will resonate less or even repel to the people who do not speak your heart’s language,

the people who do not share the same lens to life as you,

the people who will buy from you just to fix their problems without a genuine connection to you

Which is why if you want your content to be like a beaming bright candle that attracts your firefly fairies (your perfect fit ideal clients),

You have to speak only to them. And not try to please everyone else.

On attracting aligned clients

Do you ever feel like you need to look more “put-together” in order for people to take your content seriously?

This can look like

-have a perfect, Insta-worthy lifestyle

-Taking client calls by the ocean

-Have thick, long lashes where you just ‘woke up like this’

Too many times, we put limitations around how our how we “should” be presented in order for people to engage with your content and buy your offers

I used to fall into that “curation-trap” myself— thinking that I need to have a manifestation-board-worthy lifestyle in order to take on clients who want to experience my gifts

But what I’ve learned was that when our Image / external facade is the sole focus of our brand,

People come to you for wrong reasons.

Such as, attracting clients who think their life will instantly change by being just in “your energy”

Instead of a deeper connection to your truths, your wisdom, your message, your values,

—> which are actually key components of creating lasting results in the lives of your clients

This is one of the reasons why in this season, I’ve barely posted Instagram stories showcasing my life and instead have been building a library of writings on my blog (to be revealed soonish)

because I believe that attracting clients through our unique wisdom that comes from our hearts

is MORE valuable than the external facade and the curations we display on social media

leading to more right-fit, heart-aligned clients who work with you for who you are, rather than what you display.

Feminine vs masculine energy in business

As a feminine business owner, it can feel like there is an internal tug of war inside you everyday

One part of your mind saying things like: “you need to do more!”

“How much are you going to be bringing in this month?”

“You haven’t done enough, worked hard enough”

And another part of your mind saying:

“Let’s go with the flow”

“I’m allowed to just be”

“I’m just not feeling it…”

And everyday, deciding which voice to listen to— I.e. the action-taker vs the feeler

Can become SO exhausting, literally draining away your energy (and time) instead of moving things in your life/business

As it wastes the precious creative life-force that we could otherwise be spending it more wholeheartedly

Such as, creating mind-blowing content/offers that your people love in your business,

or even just to have fun frolicking in the field (or maybe not because it’s chilly rn)

either way, my point is that

when the internal voices in our heads are uncontrolled & are fighting against one another, it blocks the flow of creative energy— call it Shakti, call it Spirit

Which then leads to things like feeling stuck, blocked, and uninspired in our businesses

So you may be wondering, which one do you pick:

The action-taker or the feeler/rester?

My answer is: both.

Because 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 & 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿— 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

For the most potent action is when we are acting but also feeling (feeling so good that it feels like resting)

And the most potent rest is when we are resting while allowing action to happen

Via the Divine

That is when magic happens

On going viral

When you have had a post gone viral or had so many people resonate with what you say,

it’s easy to become blocked in what to say/create next

This usually happens for two reasons:

—Either because you let other people’s judgement of you (whether positive or negative) define your brilliance/ your work

-or because you’re trying to force your ideas and messaging to have the same ‘wow’ effect on people

But the thing is, creativity cannot be judged nor forced

Just like how a dandelion will be judged by some people as a weed, and by others as a golden ballet dancers (like me),

your creative ideas will have the same impact

Some will lovvvveee your creative ideas and think you are a masterful genius,

and others simply won’t be able to stand the sight of you:

Especially if your creative ideas (content ideas) are STRONG and rich in essence

All you can do is let your heart-burning content ideas flow 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 you

You can’t to micromanage how people see our expression;

nor can force your expression to get to mind-based agendas (eg go viral, convert as many sales as possible etc)

Because whenever you try to force+micromanage, your inner well of abundance that is presented in your business as creativity

depletes, dissipates, and dries up.

New Age Manifestation

The authenticity of your “future self”

I think the “future self”of a lot of people are the sum of images we’ve been fed on Instagram

The coaches, the influencers, the celebrities we see as worthy and successful,

But what I’ve learned is that when we worship their route and try to achieve the same things that you think will lead to impressing your ex’s and followers,

We detract from our soul path— which involves doing the things that give you pure satisfaction for the act itself and makes your days feel like a heaven-on-earth

Relishing the joy of each moment

Without worrying about what others think

Without the weight of social validation weighing on your shoulders

Experiencing 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍 freedom that money can’t even buy.

Happiness as a means for outcomes

It saddens me when I see happiness used as a means to get something

In the New Age community, this looks like the need to be happy (high vibration)

“so that you can” manifest money, clients, relationships etc.

A human emotion being commoditized to fulfill capitalistic functions and mental agendas

Instead of experiencing peace, fulfillment, happiness itself and letting life unfold its beauty naturally from there

~

And the thing that I’ve learned is that when we do ‘use’ happiness as a means to achieve/manifest goals

Finally achieving the goals does not give you happiness (at least the kind that lasts)

And you won’t feel happy in the process toward the achievement either

Which makes the process also harder than its supposed to be

Instead you experience a heaviness in your heart with a lump of discontentment, restlessness, and pressure to perform

With your mind chatting in the background… “if only this, this, this” is better

~

And within your business, this can look like frantically chasing for strategies to get to higher numbers

Without listening to your heart, and creating content through your own abundance of creative ideas and gifts

that are here to serve others in your unique way, as they fulfill your heart and makes the money you receive even more meaningful

Because you are too busy chasing for the things that you think would make you happy

That you miss out on experiencing happiness now, the one function that God has given to you.

Truths about feminine energy

A collection of short writings related to feminine energy

Shadows of the feminine

In the coaching industry, I think that the term “feminine energy” gets a bad rep because we’ve been taught the shadows of the feminine

Which can lead to things like, being in a chaotic mess with no structure, while feeling anxious and uncertain about the future

Or relying all on energy “to manifest” without taking action from our part

This is made worse especially when we are fed with the image on social media that

— all you need to do is lie in the bathtub all day and “seduce” potential clients to make thousands of dollars everyday

Because the truth is, when we are trying to embody feminine energy to manifest what we want, most of the times, it is coming from a place of avoidance

Such as avoidance to work

Avoidance to creating content/offers

Avoidance to being of service

Avoidance to action

For example, in business this can looking like selling all the time without offering much value/substance in free content

— that is, only looking to receive without giving much

This can make us further disconnected to our hearts, and thereby become more unfulfilled as we try to achieve/manifest what we want

When the truth is, deep down in the heart of the feminine is love

Meaning, feminine energy is about loving it all, even the hard parts, the ‘grind’ of our business

Which leads to,

Taking action in our business from love

Creating what we love from love

Giving from love

This is when hearts are purified and we then naturally become receivers of our hearts’ desires

Without striving

Without forcing

Because everyone, including our potential clients can 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 love.

~

Feminine being vs doing

We’ve been taught that if we relax into the feminine, we’ll do no “strategic” things in business and get nothing done

But it’s actually far from truth because your feminine essence is what allows you to discern most meaningful to you in your life/ your business and drop the rest

She finds the sacred in the slowness and through that,

deep insights, wisdom, and healing emerge

Where your creativity overflows, like springwater, leading to actions that revives the heart of your business

Thus, moving what’s most important in your business in a more focused, heart-felt, life-giving fashion…

it’s only when we feel ashamed of the feminine slowness and don’t trust her way of action

(Which is common especially in today’s rapid-speed chasing society and social media)

That we freeze, overthink ourselves, and become tensed up; leading to the phenomenon of

“getting nothing done.”

~

The need to be masculine to be successful

In a world dominated by go-go-go mentalities and prides on hustling and moving fast in business,

We’ve been taught that as women, you have to be in your masculine if you want to be successful

And that if you want relax too much in your feminine, you’re going to get nothing done and become a victim of your feelings

And so a lot of women find themselves pedaling on the hamster wheel chasing for success, while feeling empty and discontent on the inside, like they are never getting “there”

When the truth is, my love, the feminine is what nourishes us.

Without the feminine, we become “lamborghinis” running on empty fuel.

Carrying an image of glamor and wealth on the outside, but feeling depleted, overwhelmed, and rushed on the inside,

With all the things you need to be/do/have in order to get to (insert number) figure months

That’s because we become disconnected to our true nature— the feminine that creates life through the slow, the sensitive, the sensual

This is where the source of your creations are found, and is the source of where ALL creations are found.

When you find that, you overflow. In a way where you can’t help but express, create, and share all the art/ the content/ the creations you most desire most,

Where you can’t help but bring forth the desires of your heart,

without the burden of force and control from your part.

Joy of creating content

There is a magic that no one is talking about the content creation process that extends beyond getting viral engagement and sales

It is something that’s deeper and more meaningful,

Yet gets ignored by most people because as a collective, we are only focused on extracting surface-level quantitative metrics— such as the number of likes, sales etc.

However, for the soul that is more rooted in the feeling-based, qualitative aspect of our lives,

Focusing on just the metric-based, masculine-driven ways of content creation is unfulfilling, dry, and substance-less

Because to the soul, content creation is more than just a means to achieve a hypothetical #goal number

Rather content creation is the medium of connecting to your truth, your True Self, and the Divine,

Where don’t just get closer to the heart of your soulmate client

But also experience exhilaration— as if a portal of gold is pouring through you— during the writing/creation process

You feel bliss for hours or even days after writing and posting your soul-sourced content.

This is what it means to be soul-led. It means every move you make in your business stems from the innermost depths and ecstacy of your soul.

The kind of business where you experience literal heaven-on-earth through the process, the systems, the strategies themselves that extend beyond striving for numbers.

On attaining wealth

In our lives, is outer wealth and then there is inner wealth.

Most people these days are busy trying to only gain outer wealth, only to find out later that they feel like ‘there is always something missing’ no matter how many things they gain and acquire

Because what the soul is actually missing deep inside is inner wealth — one which is filled through your creativity / creative expressions

And you can feel fulfilled only from going from filling up your inner wealth FIRST

And then extending to the outer

It doesn’t work the other way round.

On comparisonitis

Most of the times, whenever you feel behind compared to someone else,

It’s NOT that you’re actually further behind than them

it’s actually a sign from your soul that she is wanting to be different from whom you’re comparing yourself to.

I realized this within not long ago when I caught myself comparing to other “high-level” coaches/entrepreneurs on social media

The inner critic would say things like-

Oh she’s making more money than me

Oh she’s more popular than me

Oh she’s funnier than me

Reminding me of the times when I felt like being a nerdy, awkward girl back in high school who was ignored by the superstar boys

and never felt like she was one the ‘hot chicks’

Trying to make myself standout on social media felt somewhat similar like I was being compared against other ‘hot chicks’

Most people spend their time trying to be like the ‘hot chicks’

So you can be validated as much as them

But whenever you do this, you lose sight of your own unique path

To bring creative expressions in a way that’s different

To build a business that’s different.

To attract clients in ways that are different.

What a joy and liberation it is to actually veer away from the noisy crowd!

On striving for success

Not long ago, I used to think that I have to achieve what everyone else in the coaching industry is chasing in order to define myself as ‘successful’

Whether it’d be making x amount of income

Or being able to showcase pictures of you online partaking in exorbitant practices like being on a yacht

While I believe in having an impact and freedom through our creative acts, I quickly realized that so many people in this world

Prioritize only on getting “end outcomes” SO MUCH that it we lose the essence of what makes you YOU

What makes your creation different

What makes your business one-of-a-kind

What makes your art special

We’ve been programmed to arrive to end outcomes— eg make x amount money fast, grow audience fast etc.

So much that we do NOT take time knowing who we really are.

We do not spending time relishing the ways of creating in ways that are unique+authentic+true to you,

And instead you become a carbon-copy like some other coach, some other person who taught you how to get the results fast

In other words, we become slaves to the society’s expectations of success so much that you lose your true essence of your soul

When the truth is, your difference is what allows you to be the greatest in anything you do — May it be Artist. A coach. A writer.

It is what makes you a RARE treasure rather than a commodity that anyone can compete with.

~

With so many gurus marketing “how to make $$ fast in business” something that I see happening is the industry is a lot of women striving for rapid-fast outcomes they they lose touch with the joy of the process

In terms of content creation, this can look like making every single post/story with the need to hook/grab people’s attention as fast as possible,

Convert as many as possible in the fastest means possible

That every move you make in the business is driven by pressure, force, and tight rigid control,

rather than an overflow of creative imagination, heart-led expression and joy that comes from a place of naturalness

When the truth is, as feminine beings, we are meant to create life (I.e. our creations) from inside-out. Not outside-in.

Meaning, we are meant to create content/art that is centered from the depth of our innermost feelings and truth

rather than the sole exertion of the mind in order to do/perform/achieve things as fast as possible, as quick as possible

Which is why things like creative burnout, constant overwhelm,

and feeling discontented commonly happen among entrepreneurs

No matter how good of marketing strategies you learn,

And no matter how much you earn.

~
The energy of “trying to achieve” is usually the thing that stops you from receiving what you 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 want

In business, it can look like like trying to achieve million dollar goals, only to find out later that the business does not align with your values of living an inwardly peaceful life

In relationships, it can look like trying to earn the love of a man, only to find out later that he doesn’t like you for who you are, but only for how you look

In both scenarios, striving hard to get somewhere only makes you blindsighted on what you actually desire

Because we are frantically chasing for ‘the next goal,’ ‘the next milestone,’ we are only in the head and not in our heart

Trying hard to figure out what we “should” do to get what we want,

Which makes us lose touch with the gentle quiet voice of our souls

That guides you toward what you most want and have always wanted

In a way that feels like home.

Being an introverted entrepreneur

As an introverted INFP, I have always felt unseen, unheard, and invisible.

But as an entrepreneur/coach, I want to tell you how it IS actually a gift

~

In a world where people are constantly shouting from their rooftops to be viral, trendy, click-about, and attention-seeking

It’s easy to mistakenly think that you need to be loud, flashy, and be unnecessarily bold to be successful as an entrepreneur

Posting either content with massive hype, explosive energy, and click-baity marketing

Or making reels that make a part of you cringe

Just so people find you. See you. Hear you.

As quiet and soft feminine souls, we feel pressured to distort our true nature to squeeze out “likes”, engagement, and social approval

When the truth is, your soft, demure nature is actually your superpower

Your softness is why people are drawn to you without you needing to force and coerce them

Your softness is a gentle yet strong magnetic pull to your presence

Your softness is why people connect with you and through your content— in fact more deeply and intimately

You don’t have to change who you are. You just need to own who you are as your superpower.

~

I didn’t know that my introverted nature was a gift until I have been channeling in-depth content in the quiet realms of the internet: for my blog and podcast

Away from the noise and bustle of social media. Away from the pressure of trying to explode and be viral and instead deepening into my own creative genius.

And I realized that when I am focused on depth>reach/expansion, I create content that calls in my most fitting clients. And it’s also the exact reason I am drawn to my mentors.

and just as the book you have heard—

There are so many perks of being a wallflower.

Curating a “perfect image” on social media

The pressure to get clients based on a perfectly curated life on social media, and oh how my soul refuses to conform to it…

Even if it promises me that I would make more money,

even if it promises me that more people would like my posts,

My heart refuses.

And I know I’m not alone in this because the desire to be authentic, to be genuine, to share our truths wholeheartedly — even if it includes our flaws, mistakes, and real feelings

in our marketing IS one of the highest needs of the soul

Without authenticity, our hearts wither— it’s like you have to trade your honesty, your happiness, your inner fulfillment just for achieving the metrics of external success

And when we try to show only our perfections, we attract people for wrong reasons.

For example, clients who put you on a pedastal and glorify your ego.

Clients who only hire you because they want what you have rather than because they resonate deeply with your message, your beliefs, and your heart

I know this because I have fallen into the marketing trap of ‘putting yourself on a pedestal’ myself

Only after a year of taking time away from my business

l realized later that it’s not me.

I realized that’s not how I want to receive my clients.

I realized that authenticity is what actually allows the soul to experience true richness in business.

The need to be bolder and louder on social media

In an attention-seeking world of social media, it can often feel like your creative outpourings are not enough

It can feel like you need to jump on the latest bandwagon of social media hacks and growth tactics to hook the attention of people

It can feel like you need to post with the flashiest of outfits in your pictures and display a “luxury” life in order to get people interested in what you offer

I’ve fallen into that trap myself in the past, believing that I need to have my content be as much attention-grabbing and loud as possible, with the need to display a perfect facade of “confidence” in order to get as many likes as possible and attract clients

But over the course of 2023, I realized how all of that felt inauthentic to my soul.

I realized how the need to hook people’s attention and convince people to buy from “flashy” content was depriving my soul of expressing her truest, deepest self

I felt like I couldn’t express the things I most believe in, as well as my humanness, because I had to maintain the image of “a high vibrational high-level woman” for people to buy from me

And so I let go of it all…

the faking-till-you make-it,

the need to impress the audience,

the need to hook people’s attention to buy my offers etc.

and what I’ve learned is how relieving, light, and freeing that is.

To just let the heart be.

To let the heart express the way she most wants to express.

To let the heart speak of what she most feels, in the way she most feel deeply,

and let that be enough—

to let potential clients who sees the real me find me.

Nothing feels as nourishing to a woman’s heart as that. To have your own art, your natural expression, your voice, be enough. and trusting that as enough.

And so if you find yourself wondering what your content plan “should be” for 2024,

My wish for you is that you find YOUR way of expression that is already enough within you,

instead of trying to find what would be enough for others.

For it is this way of expression, coming from your fullness, your internal-enoughness, that holds the power to resonate with souls who are most genuinely aligned with your authentic self.

Creative soul traits

You know you are meant to create a heaven-on-earth through your art/content when:

  • You feel like a bottle wanting to burst open with fizzing carbonated water inside; you just have a buckload of creative expressions dying to be expressed through you and you can 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 it

  • Life is not as colorful nor meaningful when you are just doing what others expect you to do but you don’t get to create the content/the art you want

  • Every night you think of what you want to create the next day and fall asleep to the sweetness of the ideas marinating inside

  • Not getting to create what you want is a stabbing pain that people won’t normally understand

  • Making money in your business is not everything; there is a deeper aspect of your business which is to experience abundance through the creative process itself

  • No matter what emotion you feel, creating content/art from your heart pacifies all agitations of life

  • Heaven is the kind where you have no obligations but have all the freedom in the world to create what you heart most wants

If these are the unspoken feelings you have been having inside, you are going to love the blog that I’ve been working on, which will be launching in October

I will be sharing all things related to the creative process–From listening to what your heart most wants to create,

surrendering to states of blissful creative flow,

and expressing your gifts so you can let your soul-aligned people come to you.. You won’t want to miss that

On soul integrity

7 reasons why soul integrity is important for running a business you truly love.

1. You can bring in clients through making big claims and promises but when you haven’t actually embodied and done the things you claim to teach, business growth will be hard to sustain long-term

2. Just because marketing strategies work for someone else does not mean that they will work for you/ or feel right for you. This happens most of the time because you get too attached to the results achieved by someone else, rather than focusing on your soul and your unique potential.

3. When you find yourself resisting, overthinking, or procrastinating doing something, more often it’s NOT because you are “lazy” but because the strategy you have been taught is not true to you

4. The more you try to sound like someone else in your marketing, the more you will feel disconnected to your heart/your truth/ your most aligned people

5. When you share your authentic truths, the right people will be drawn to you for YOU rather than because of the things you “show off” and claim in your marketing

6. It doesn’t matter how small your audience/clientele is. When you deliver quality products/offers that you full heartedly believe in, you have to do less pitching & selling later on because your people do the work for you

7. There are multiple pathways to achieve success but if the path is not in integrity to you/your unique soul, you will find yourself in a state of constant dissatisfaction with where you are

These are just some of the reasons why I believe that feeling good in your heart (being in integrity to your heart) with every action you take

is way more important than trying to fast-track your way to achieving results.

when you feel good doing what you love in every step of the way, the results simply compound by themselves.

It is not your ability of whether you can sell

“It wasn’t my ability to sell; Finding out my Truth was the hard part.”

— that was how I felt for a long time in my coaching business

Yet, I didn’t know it was a problem, until I felt disconnected and lost earlier this year

Questioning myself in my own ways of how I sell, pitch, and market

Because I didn’t know if the ways I was selling/pitching before was actually coming from my Truth, my Heart

Or if I was just doing because I saw other “successful” coaches doing it and I wanted to be like them

And even though those strategies made me some ‘success’ I wasn’t happy and fulfilled like I thought it would make me feel

And I don’t want my clients to replicate the same patterns where we lose our Truth in chase of ‘success’ either

My heart felt that something was off

So I had to find my own Truth…

~

Reflecting back, this year was a lot of reflecting (no repetition intended)

A lot of inner awareness and connecting to the heart

Which was needed, because a lot of the time as business owners,

we are so busy chasing for the next financial goal that we don’t pause and reflect whether the direction we’re heading is coming from the heart or not

More specifically, whether the actions we take in our business is coming from the desire of service to others or just to fulfill the desire of the self

And if we are just doing things for the latter, it won’t be fulfilling and the success won’t be sustainable

More on that later.
